麻豆社 History

Yeshivas 麻豆社 was founded in 1933 by the Rosh HaYeshiva, Moreinu v鈥橰abbeinu Harav Yaakov Yitzchok Ruderman zt鈥漧, with the goal of developing a high-level, Slabodka-style yeshiva geared specifically towards the contemporary American bochur.
In 1938 Harav Naftali Neuberger zt鈥漧 joined the Yeshiva and after becoming Harav Ruderman鈥檚 brother-in-law he joined the Rosh HaYeshiva in running the Yeshiva.
